Personal betting bookkeeping

You think you are up.
Betgistro tells you if that is true.

Four bookmakers open on your phone, one good run you remember in detail and two bad ones you have quietly forgotten. Betgistro is the ledger where you record every bet you place, and it gives you the number no bookmaker will ever show you: how much you are up or down in total.

One month of statistics in Betgistro: profit, yield, amount staked, win rate and a profit-per-day chart

Betgistro is not a bookmaker

We do not handle real bets under any circumstances. Betgistro does not accept bets, does not place them or send them to any bookmaker, is not connected to any operator and never touches your gambling money. All it does is keep your personal books from what you record yourself.

  • You bet at the bookmakers where you hold an account, exactly as you do today.
  • You record it in Betgistro: event, date, bookmaker, stake and odds.
  • Betgistro works out your profit, your yield and the balance of your bankrolls.

No deposits, no withdrawals, no gateway to any bookmaker: the amounts you write down are your own bookkeeping entries, not movements of money.

Features

From the bet you just wrote down to the year closed.

It covers the whole cycle of keeping your betting under control. What we want is for you to see the losses when they happen. If you usually play at several bookmakers and in different formats, keeping track of it all can easily get away from you.

You write the bet down instead of trusting your memory

You leave the pub, open Betgistro and twenty seconds later it is on the record: event, date, bookmaker, stake and odds. When the match ends you mark it won, lost or void, and the potential return, the money at risk and the balance are recalculated for you.

It makes no difference whether you play at Bet365, at Winamax or at both: every bookmaker you use fits into the same list, month by month.

You know what you have put in and what is still at risk

Betting money is not salary money, so it lives apart: in bankrolls, each with its own budget. You record what goes in and what comes out, and you check the balance you are holding at every bookmaker, with the history of each movement.

When losses eat into the budget, the figure turns red. Better to see it here than on your bank statement.

Nothing is left half finished

The bet that ruins your books is not the one that loses: it is the one you forget to settle. Betgistro looks for bets whose event has already been played and are still waiting to be settled, and puts them in front of you with the number of days they have been overdue.

At the end of the month, the truth

This is where gut feeling stops. Profit, yield, amount staked, win rate, average odds, money at risk and best streak, all compared with last month. Plus the uncomfortable breakdown: which bookmaker feeds you, which bankroll holds you back and in which odds range your money disappears.

Sometimes the answer is that you have been losing for six months. That is information too, and it is the kind that changes decisions.

Whenever you need it you request the annual report —for all your bankrolls or just one— and it arrives in your inbox, in your language. No rebuilding anything by hand in a spreadsheet.

If you go after the bonuses, every euro adds up Premium plan

A «bet and get» promotion is four bets spread across two sites and a calculation that does not fit in your head. You record all four —back and lay, qualifying and free bet— and Betgistro does the maths: the liability, the commission, what qualifying cost you and how much of the bonus you actually kept.

Refunds, rollovers and odds boosts too. You place the bets yourself, at your own bookmakers: what comes out of here is the arithmetic.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us.

Is Betgistro a bookmaker?

No, and it never will be. We do not accept bets, we do not place them on your behalf, we are not connected to any bookmaker and we do not handle real bets under any circumstances. Betgistro only keeps the personal books of the bets you place yourself, wherever you decide to place them.

Do you move or hold my money?

No. The only charge in Betgistro is the plan subscription. The amounts, deposits and withdrawals you record are bookkeeping entries so that your balances add up: nothing leaves or enters any real account through us.

How are bets recorded?

By hand, choosing the bookmaker from your country's catalogue and filling in event, date, stake and odds. Then you mark the result. On every plan you can record bets whose event date is no more than one month old.

What happens when the 30 free days end?

The account switches to read-only: you can still browse your whole history, but you cannot create or edit anything until you take out a plan. Nothing is deleted and there is no automatic charge, because the trial does not ask for a card.

What if I go over my plan's limit?

Each plan has its cap on bets per month and reports per year, and the app shows you at all times what you have left. You can change plan whenever you like without losing your history: upgrades apply immediately and downgrades wait until the period you have already paid for ends.

Which countries and languages does it work in?

Right now with bookmakers from Spain and Italy. The app is translated into Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Dutch and Portuguese.

What happens to my data?

Your bets and your figures are private. We do not share them with third parties, we do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
